We are Hiring a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description:
​As a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse at Coast Care Ltd. (formerly Sunshine Coast Senior Care), you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

You’ll work closely with our Registered Nurse and Registered Care Aide Manager and assist in various aspects of client care and management, including but not limited to:
– Conducting needs assessments and monitoring Care Plans, updating client files 
– Ensuring compliance with patient privacy and safety laws 
– Liaising with referral agencies like Vancouver Coastal Health
– Scheduling coverage and coordinating client care services
– Assisting with training and supervision of Care Teams
– Providing coverage for shifts when needed
– Collaborating with the team to maintain the highest standards of care​

Requirements:
– Valid LPN license in British Columbia
– Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional care to seniors
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Prior experience in senior care is an asset
