Our staff will now always have visible photo ID badges, their own @coastcare.ca email addresses, and dedicated phone numbers and extensions within our secure system for all Coast Care related communication. These measures ensure that confidential information stays within our secure environment.
Paperless: Advanced Client Management
As we strive to create a 100% paperless work environment, we’ve introduced a new client management program and secure tablets for our Care Team. These steps are designed to safeguard client information from potential loss, theft, or unauthorized access.
